The Uyo Fashion Festival is a 5 day event holding from the 7th to the 11th of December, 2015. This event is organised by Ukrika & Nsene, the Second Hand Store & Uyo's Number One Online Fashion Marketplace respectively; brands which are still under development & will be launching full scale to the general public during the event.
The event schedule is as follows:
Day 1: Conference & Tech Exhibition: Various speakers will be available to speak on several topics as regards the beauty, fashion & makeup industry. Also, tech startups or fashion businesses powered by technology will pitch & exhibit their startups to the attendees and a panel of potential investors.
Day 2: Clothing Runway Exhibition: A runway show to exhibit designers clothing brands
Day 3: Clothing Accessories, MakeUp & Hair Runway Exhibition: A runway show to exhibit clothing accessories, make up brands & hair stylists works.
Day 4 & 5: Shopping Expo/Ehibition: A 2 day shopping expo where stands will be provided to several fashion brands & fashion retailers to showcase & sell.
Participation in the runway show costs N10,000 and participation in the shopping exhibition/expo also costs N10,000. Models will be provided by the organizers for the runway shows.
